Some of the exciting work that you’ll be doing over the next 12 months include: • Expanding our customer base as we rapidly scale in the APAC region. • Internationalising and growing into global markets.
• Rolling out across a global Big-4 customer as the no-code vendor of choice, and supporting the expansion of Checkbox into 20+ firms across Europe, Asia, Americas and APAC.

We have a couple of key roles open and we’re looking for enthusiastic, intelligent, problem solvers who can help us scale Checkbox from a domestic startup, to a global tech unicorn. You’ll really form the early “heart” of Checkbox, and quickly become a leader within our ever-evolving organisation.

The Position

As a Delivery Specialist at Checkbox, your mission is to solve our customer’s hardest problems. You will be tasked with our most time-sensitive, complex projects that our customers want to roll out their end user ecosystem. Combining your consulting and technical capabilities, you will rapidly identify problem sets, design solutions, and deliver high quality technical products to our customer base using Checkbox and related enterprise-grade software.

This role is suited for anyone who enjoys solving challenging problems, loves the details, and wants to deepen their technical expertise.

In this position, you will:

+ Consult directly with our customers to gather requirements and design world-class automation solutions. You’ll get exposure to customer processes across automotive, telco, FMCG, and many more industries.
+ Become a Checkbox expert and build sophisticated apps on the platform.
+ Be “deployed” into time-sensitive projects with rapid turnaround times.
+ Build enterprise grade solutions that interact across multiple business functions and systems.
+ Learn to code using Javascript. No prior experience in JS is required (though if you already know JS it’ll be big plus!). You will learn JS as part of your onboarding and you’ll gain an immensely useful and transferrable skill.
+ Use your JS skills to build integrations between Checkbox and ‘_____’ (Insert any enterprise-grade software that requires integrations, like Sharepoint, Salesforce, Hubspot etc.)

About You

+ You have some hands-on experience building web-based products, and ideally Software-as-a-Service products.
+ You are flexible, nimble and practical. You are keen to solve problems and deliver value to customers quickly, and understand that this can sometimes mean ambiguity and rapid change.
+ You are self-driven, passionate and hungry to learn. You take initiative and have a relentless internal drive to grow and excel, no matter what it is that you do, and you love being around people who share that drive.
+ You understand that collaboration and communication is at the heart of what makes a team succeed in the long run, and can articulate your thoughts, ideas and concerns effectively.
+ BONUS – You have experience working in a no-code product company or enterprise platform company.
+ You have experience working at a high growth technology start-up.
+ You have experience in and aptitude to develop basic programming and systems integration skills.

What Success Looks Like

In the first month, you’ll be brought up to speed on the Checkbox product, the profile of our customers, the processes that drive the Delivery team operations – and you’ll also learn to code in JS.

Over the next few months, you’ll be assigned strategic projects ranging from delivering keystone apps to our new customers, through to designing and delivering complex projects on Checkbox, even implementing your own API integrations.

By the end of your first year, you will be a Checkbox product guru, you’ll be comfortable with JS and setting up integrations, and you’ll form part of the coveted Checkbox ‘special forces’ Delivery team that handles the most challenging problems that our customers face.
