The Position

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, and even more passionate about using that technology to make a difference. You will need to be able to pick up technical concepts quickly, have great communication & relationship management skills, and be able to influence & engage customers effectively. As a Solution Architect at Checkbox, you will be responsible for delivering the best post-sale experience possible for our customers and ensuring their success. Your work will involve onboarding customers, helping customers adopt no-code effectively, training customers on the platform, providing services to help them build & deploy solutions, providing ad hoc support, helping develop customer success best practices and also helping in pre-sale trials & workshops from time to time.

In this position, you will:

+ Discover, design, scope & manage the delivery of solutions on top of the Checkbox no-code platform.
+ Assist in pre-sale technical discovery & technical close activities.
+ Learn to build, deploy & maintain solutions on Checkbox & develop integrations as part of delivery projects.
+ Develop & champion best practices in educating power users on how to design & deliver solutions.
+ Act as the go-to expert on the platform for various other teams within the organisation.
+ Support implementation partners in delivering solutions.
+ Work with product to identify & prioritise strategic solutions & integrations.
+ From time to time, train & support power authors on how to use the platform.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL
+ You have at least 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect/Engineer or Technical Consultant
+ You have considerable experience in managing enterprise software delivery projects
+ You have experience facilitating solution scoping, design and requirements gathering workshops
+ You have experience writing & implementing JavaScript code
+ You have a solid understanding of APIs, integrations & databases
+ You have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively on both technical and non-technical topics
+ You feel empowered when faced with new complex problems and operate efficiently when dealing with uncertainty
+ You have a fun, positive and collaborative attitude towards work and love to take ownership of everything you do
